Shipping Policy

FREE US Domestic Shipping
We are offering Standard FREE shipping on U.S. orders shipping to the lower 48 states. This free shipping offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO and International orders. Most standard orders ship within 1-2 business days and it will take about 3~7 days to deliver for US Domestic (lower 48 states.)

International Shipping
All international orders will be shipped out by UPS or USPS.

 - USPS First Class Package International
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

* Important: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs tax or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches it's destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies to International and Canadian orders.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.


Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your OrangeKube products for any reason you may return the item for refund within 30 days from the date of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
